I think this type of thing is the reason so many people are convinced that crochet is most decidedly not for garments:
...And what exactly makes this "a vest for all seasons"?
...Please, someone reassure me that this doesn't mean the vest is supposed to worn alone (i.e. sans turtleneck) in the summertime...
...Please?

"D" is for Duh
Regarding the little duck-themed bib, I'd be afraid that might not be up to the task, unless you have a very tidy baby. Or as Roy Scheider might say, "You're going to need a bigger bib."

"It is a truth universally acknowledged..."
Though I don't recall Mr. Darcy (or whatever other Pride and Prejudice character this is meant to be) wearing crocheted trousers or coat, I'm willing to overlook such inconsistencies...
What I cannot pretend not to notice, however, is the misspelling of Jane Austen's name.
The shame!

"The Gay Life"
As far as the clothes themselves go, I don't have much to say. The ruffled collar gives me pause, but we'll let it pass.
What gives me a giggle here is the title ("The Gay Life") in conjunction with the model's pose and expression:
Oh yes, she looks like she's having so much fun, standing there with one hand on her hip, a drink in the other, and a brooding pout on her face... Footloose and fancy-free! Reveling in her gay, happy life!

"Granny Goes Wild"
Woo!
So this is what happens when Granny really lets her hair down!
She... crochets a motif-based sweater in primary colors...
...Hm. (Is that all?)
...Yeah, Granny. You go, girl.

"Casserole Coasters"
"Crochet Casserole Coasters":
Also known as pot-holders... hot pads... trivets... practically anything but "casserole coasters", actually.
(And just what kind of casserole is this person preparing to make, anyway? I see broccoli, green onions, carrots, tomatoes, bell peppers, eggs, and macaroni... Remind me to have a previous engagement, should they invite me over for supper.)

"Merry-Go-Round Fashions"
. . . and to think-- all these years I've been riding the merry-go-round in my regular, everyday clothes!
"Merry-Go-Round Fashions". Who knew such a thing even existed?!
(Cute knitwear, though.)
