Bell-Bottoming Out

Sometimes, knit and crochet come together in one pattern-- harmonizing beautifully-- complementing one another perfectly...

...Is it just me, or do those ruffles look like they belong on a Latin American calypso costume?

    honestly, yes - they would look terrific on a Latin American calypso costume. However, on these knitted pants? That would be a nope.
