Sure, it's cute, but won't s/he just be constantly tripping over the ends of scarf? And isn't this a little of a strangulation hazard? ...Or a choking hazard, if the dog is anything like mine are. (They'd be pulling at that thing before I could manage to get it on them.)
Methinks some people need to get out more if this is how they spend their time, 'designing' dangerous cr*p like this for pets.
